My Account & My Cart

Registering to My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting our website again, making it faster to place future orders.

Once you have registered with us, you can sign in by using your user name and password. On the website we'll provide you with an address book and a reminder section, to store all your recipients details, together with a log of orders previously placed.

Don't worry. We are here to help you. Here's what you need to do.

A new password will be sent to your registered email address. You can use that password to login to your Account and then reset it in the My Account section.

Don't Worry! Please share your order number to [email protected] with a request for your login ID & password. We will provide you with your login credentials.

Its same like shopping carts in a retail store, and here My Cart helps you keep the things you want at one place, while you continue browsing or leave the site to think about it.

Of course yes, if you wish to remove a particular product from your Cart, just click on Manage Your Cart. You will be able to see all the products in your cart. Click on the 'Remove' button next to the item you wish to remove from your Cart.

You can track your order on the website for the latest information on delivery. You will see a 'Track Order' option on the top right corner of the page. Enter your order number & click on the 'Track Now' to see the current status of your order.

  • Time of delivery will be needed in case of products that are delivered by hand

Delivery Information

We delivery all Across Dubai. Delivery to the remote location and offshore is not possible.

All orders are delivered during business hours (8 AM - 10 PM), unless you have opted for a Midnight or an early morning delivery.

Yes! By paying additional delivery charge, you have the option to choose a Fixed Time slot or a one hour delivery shipping option for delivery. You can call or WhatsApp us on +971 507427217 to schedule your delivery.

Of course Yes! We understand the emotions of celebrating an occasion on its eve. That's why we have an option of a Midnight delivery for our customers. With an additional delivery charge, you can get your order delivered between 23:00 to 23:59 hours on the date you choose by calling or WhatsApp us on +971 507427217.

Yes there are charges for the delivery.

Standard Delivery - Free

One Hour Delivery - AED 30

Two Hour Delivery - AED 30

Early Morning Delivery - AED 40

Midnight Delivery - AED 59

As soon as your order is confirmed or delivered, you will receive an email & SMS along with your order number or the status of the order.

  • Payment received: Which means we have received the payment of your order and your order is ready to be executed.
  • Payment declined: This means the payment for your order has failed.
  • Order confirmed: Your order is confirmed. It will be delivered as per the date and time slot selected by you.
  • Out for delivery: Your order is dispatched and out for delivery.
  • Order delivered: Your order has been delivered.
  • Delivery attempted: We tried to attempt to deliver your order but could not because of the following reasons:-
  • the recipient was not available
  • recipient's number was not reachable
  • premises was locked
  • address was incomplete/incorrect
  • the recipient was not available
  • recipient's number was not reachable
  • premises was locked
  • address was incomplete/incorrect
  • Returned to origin: Our courier partner tried to deliver your order thrice but could not because of the following reasons:-

We're more than happy to take your last minute orders and guarantee same day delivery.

For same-day Standard Time Delivery, orders must be placed before 7:00 pm, Monday - Sunday. For same-day One Hour Time Delivery, orders must be placed before 9:00 pm, Monday - Sunday.

For same-day Two Hour Time Delivery, orders must be placed before 9:00 pm, Monday - Sunday. For same-day Midnight Delivery, orders must be placed before 9:00 pm, Monday - Sunday.

Your order will be delivered through our courier delivery partners Aramex & First Flight. For products that are shipped using the services of our courier delivery partners, the date of delivery chosen by you is an estimate. Your order may be delivered a day prior or a day after the chosen date of delivery.

How do I make a change in my order or cancel it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us at +971-50 742 7217(08:00 AM- 12:00 AM, Monday-Sunday) or email us at [email protected]

Note: Order modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give us at least 24 hours' notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make any changes. Order modification/cancellation in an international order, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won't be able to cancel it or make any changes.

It will take up to 24 hours' time to process a cancellation request.

Your refund amount shall be credited to the same Debit card/Credit card/Mobile wallet/Bank Account through which the payment was done.

Return and Refund Policy

No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at [email protected]or call us at +971-50 742 7217 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday).

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in the perfect shape and condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Don't worry we are here to help you! You can write to us at[email protected]or call us at +971-50 742 7217 (8:00 AM- 1:00 AM, Monday-Sunday) and we will take care of it.

We do not give guarantee refund for cases where:

  • Flowers, cakes, chocolates, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items which are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
  • Cancellation/modification request in a Domestic order made less than 24 hours' prior to the date of delivery and Cancellation/modification request in an International order made 48 hours' prior to the date of delivery. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.

Online refund is credited directly through the same mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days.

After you have selected your products and filled in the shipping details, you will get an option to redeem your coupon in the ‘Order Summary’ page. Click on ‘I want to redeem my discount/gift coupon’. Coupon code needs to be entered in this section and then click on the submit button.

Gift Vouchers - These vouchers help you to redeem a certain amount in the total amount of your purchase, like AED 100 off on any purchase.

Discount Vouchers - These vouchers help you to redeem a certain percentage off on your order value, like 10% off or 15% off

Both of these have alphanumeric codes.

You can buy our E-Gift Vouchers, either for yourself or your loved ones. These vouchers will be alphanumeric e-codes which can be mailed or can be printed on the gift vouchers and presented. To buy one, please write to [email protected]
